Plan the parcel around what is ready.

Your items can arrive separately. Decide what to send together, how to pack it and which route fits the contents.

Some items have arrived. One is still on the way.

Warehouse arrival is a useful point to review a purchase, but an arrival notification and a parcel ready to ship are different things. Kakobuy's buying workflow brings inspection and photos before the buyer chooses warehouse items for a package.

Match each warehouse item to its order reference, selected option and quantity. Open the corresponding photos rather than relying on a similar thumbnail. Resolve any item question before selecting it for shipment, and use the packing or shipping actions available for that item. Weight and dimensions become more useful once the proposed packing is known; restricted contents still need an accepting route.

Wait for the remaining item

This can keep the order together. Consider the seller's progress, the warehouse deadlines shown for each item and whether you still need a photo or order question answered. One slow item should be a deliberate reason to wait.

Send the ready items

This separates the delivery plans. Two parcels can mean separate packing and shipping payments, but may suit different contents or timing needs. Compare the actual parcel options rather than assuming a larger combined parcel always costs less.

Packaging and Rehearsal answer different questions

Packaging choices concern protection and the final shape of the parcel: retaining a box, adding reinforcement or removing unnecessary packing. Shoes, fragrance and soft clothing can need different treatment. Keep product packaging while an item-level issue is unresolved.

Kakobuy Rehearsal is associated with preparing and measuring selected goods before shipment. Its recorded weight and volume help relate the parcel to a preferred shipping method. It is useful when bulky packaging makes an early estimate uncertain. Read the service choices shown for your parcel before requesting it.

Removing a box may reduce volume, but can also remove protection or something you wanted to keep. That trade-off depends on the product, not just a weight figure.

What to put into Kakobuy Estimate

The Estimate form takes the destination, weight in grams, goods type and parcel dimensions. The inputs describe a shipment; the tool is not a fixed price list for a particular shoe or T-shirt.

Destination
Where the international parcel will be delivered. Availability and conditions can vary by location.
Weight
The weight for the packed shipment, in the unit the form requests. An early item estimate may change after packing.
Goods type
Contents that can affect route acceptance. Liquids, batteries and other restricted items need particular attention.
Dimensions
The outside length, width and height of the package. Bulky light goods can be priced differently from compact goods.

The same quantities should be used when comparing routes. A service's own billing standard determines how physical weight and volume affect the charge. This site does not calculate a carrier quotation.

Compare more than the headline shipping price

Shipping choices for the same parcel
ConsiderWhat changes the decision
Accepted contentsWhether the route accepts the actual products and packaging.
Billing standardHow weight, volume and any stated rounding are applied.
Charges includedWhich services are included and which amounts are payable separately.
Delivery estimateThe route's stated window and the date of the estimate; avoid treating it as a promised arrival date.
After-sales termsWhat evidence and reporting period apply if delivery goes wrong.

Total spending spans the goods, seller-to-warehouse postage, selected warehouse services, international shipment and any applicable arrival charges. Read actual amounts where they become available. A coupon helps only if it applies to the charge you are paying; offer conditions explain that distinction.

When the parcel has left

These are common tracking messages, not fixed Kakobuy status names. Carrier labels vary; read the event details and timestamp alongside the status.

Common tracking messages and what to check
Tracking statusWhat it usually meansWhat to check next
Information received / pre-shipmentShipment details have been registered. This does not by itself show that the carrier has the parcel.Check for a collection scan and its timestamp. Distinguish a seller-to-warehouse order update from your outbound parcel.
In transitThe parcel has a movement or processing update, but it may not be near the delivery address yet.Read the latest location and time. After a carrier handoff, look for an onward tracking number in your parcel details.
Out for deliveryThe carrier reports that the parcel is on a local delivery run.Check the delivery address and any carrier instructions. This scan is not a guarantee of delivery that day.
Available for pickupThe parcel is being held for collection.Use the carrier notice to confirm the pickup point, opening hours, collection deadline and identification needed.
DeliveredThe carrier has recorded delivery. If you cannot find it, check the delivery location, proof of delivery, household members or reception. Contact the carrier about an unresolved mismatch.
Delivery failedA delivery attempt was unsuccessful.Read the reason and follow the carrier's redelivery or collection instructions. Check whether an address correction is needed.
ExceptionAn event has interrupted normal progress; the label alone does not explain the cause.Open the detailed event and check for a requested action. If it remains unclear, contact the carrier or parcel support in your Kakobuy account.
Tracking not found / expired / missingThe tracking service cannot show a matching record. That alone does not establish that the parcel is lost.Recheck the number and carrier, and look for a replacement number after a handoff. If your account has no usable record, ask parcel support for the correct tracking details.
There is an order update but no international tracking

The product order and the outbound parcel describe different movements. Kakobuy's workflow places parcel tracking under My Account / Package after dispatch. An item still travelling from its seller has not begun the same journey.

The tracking page has not changed

Read the latest event and its time, then compare it with the route's information. A gap alone does not explain the cause. For a parcel enquiry, include the parcel reference, tracking number and the last event so the question relates to the right shipment.

The parcel arrived with an item problem

Keep photographs of the outer package, its label and the item. Separate transit damage from a product-option mismatch, and raise the specific issue through the appropriate order or parcel support channel. The information needed differs for each case.

For an item question before shipment, use fit and warehouse photos. For a link or ordering issue, use the product-order reference.
