From a find to the product you want
Kakobuy's buying guide describes product-link, image and name search. A link is most helpful when it opens the product's own page rather than a shop homepage or a saved screenshot. Its images introduce the item; the selectable options tell you which version is being ordered.
For products Kakobuy can read automatically, the purchase flow lets you choose specifications before adding the item to the cart or buying it. Some links lead to a manual purchase form instead. Both routes still need an unambiguous description of the item and option.
The details that belong together
- Product
- The item page and its name, with an image that identifies the intended version.
- Option
- Colour, size, material or set contents exactly as selected.
- Quantity
- How many pieces you want, including any seller minimum.
- Payment
- The item amount and domestic postage for this purchase.
When the product link no longer opens
Old spreadsheet links can point to a removed listing, an unavailable option or a page that does not load through the purchase form. The reason matters. A temporary loading problem and an item the seller no longer offers need different responses.
If you still have the original product page, use its identifying details to locate the item again. A similar photograph alone is not enough to establish the same seller or specification. Look for the model description, included pieces and size chart as well.
Kakobuy's manual purchase form accommodates details that need to be supplied by the buyer, including a product URL, picture, specifications, price, quantity and notes. Use the seller's actual information. A manual form does not confirm stock or make an unavailable item purchasable.
If the option is unclear, an order message is more useful when it names the specific question: whether a pictured belt is included, which length a size represents, or whether the price is for one piece or a set.
Product payment and parcel payment happen at different points
The purchase request
The item amount and domestic delivery cost cover buying from the seller and moving the goods to the warehouse. A cheap item can have significant postage when ordered alone; the comparison tool makes that difference visible.
The seller's delivery
An order that has been purchased is not necessarily at the warehouse. Domestic tracking concerns the seller-to-warehouse trip. Questions about a missing option or seller dispatch belong with the order, not an international parcel.
Your arrived item
Kakobuy's workflow includes inspection and photos after arrival. This is the point to relate your received item to the selected specification and resolve any visible mismatch.
The international parcel
Warehouse items are selected for packing and shipment separately. Packaging, route and address affect that later decision; the item purchase total is not the complete delivered cost.
A useful order question is specific
In Kakobuy's buying workflow, order communication is available through My Orders and Message. Include the order reference and the particular option you mean. A question such as “Does the selected set include both the top and trousers?” can be answered more directly than a broad request to check everything.
For a size concern, bring a measurement rather than only a letter size. The photo and fit guide explains which measurement helps. Once the order has arrived and the item decision is settled, continue with parcel and shipping choices.
